Description

  • Implement AI agents that generate on-brand content for marketers to publish high-quality pages.
  • Engineer real-time collaboration features that let multiple users edit, review, and comment without conflicts.
  • Enable AI-powered localisation and translation workflows in the Page Builder while preserving tone and branding.
  • Build account-based marketing tools for dynamic page personalisation across different audiences.
  • Develop scalable backend services using modern TypeScript runtimes and serverless/edge architectures.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn product ideas into production systems.
  • Maintain engineering quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and secure-by-default design.
  • Write clear code, documentation, and design documents, and provide thoughtful code reviews.
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, scale, and simplicity when delivering features.
  • Support frontend changes in the Page Builder UI when needed to ship end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and building scalable backend services with modern TypeScript runtimes and serverless or edge architectures.
  • Experience or strong curiosity in agentic AI development, including orchestrating LLMs, chaining tools, and evaluating results.
  • Comfort with real-time collaboration systems, including state synchronisation, conflicts, and latency.
  • Strong focus on engineering quality, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and secure-by-default design.
  • Ability to think pragmatically about trade-offs between speed, scale, and simplicity.
  • Experience collaborating closely with designers and product managers to deliver product ideas.
  • Strong written communication skills for code, documentation, design docs, and code reviews.
  • Willingness to work on frontend UI when needed to help ship end-to-end features.
  • Bonus: experience in high-growth SaaS environments where adaptability and speed matter.
  • Bonus: experience building content creation platforms, page builders, or rich editing tools.
