Description

  • Support the collections process and work to resolve client payment issues.
  • Protect the financial assets of the organization through collections activities.
  • Review documents and filings as part of collections support.
  • Assess credit histories and credit reports for clients and prospects.
  • Collect and process data on existing and prospective customers.
  • Process credit applications.
  • Provide administrative and research support for collections functions.
  • Collaborate regularly with the finance team and coordinate cross-functionally with other departments as needed.
  • Follow applicable organization and compliance rules related to credit and collection processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay detail-oriented.
  • Ability to self-manage and work accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a passion for solving problems or helping others.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and execution excellence.
  • Applicants must be equipment ready with a laptop, headset, and other necessary work equipment.
  • Ability to work Eastern Timezone / night shift in the Philippines.
  • Background check completion before the job offer stage is required.
