Description

  • Design and evolve reliable systems and shared capabilities supporting the full ML lifecycle, from experimentation to production.
  • Develop platform tools, shared services, and infrastructure for machine learning at scale.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support within the ML Platform engineering team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and other stakeholders on ML experimentation, training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the ML platform robust and future-ready.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles and architecture.
  • Proficiency with TDD and BDD practices, with a focus on code quality, readability, and maintainability.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with messaging or streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience designing relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience supporting machine learning models and workflows in production environments (preferred).
  • Proficiency with cloud-based systems, preferably AWS (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and data or ML orchestration frameworks such as Databricks, Airflow, or Kubeflow (preferred).
  • Experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Kubernetes, Knative, or service mesh technologies (preferred).
