Description

  • Lead planning and execution of advisory boards, steering committees, symposia, and other HCP engagements.
  • Partner with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver complex programs smoothly and on time.
  • Own program timelines, budgets, logistics, and financial tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate vendor, venue, and event logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid programs.
  • Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes and support compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a primary client contact by providing updates and aligning delivery with expectations.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors, and Program Coordinators on workflow management.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall program success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in program or project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare-related industries.
  • Experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards, symposia, or similar engagements.
  • Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in medical, strategy, creative, and account functions.
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of MLR processes and pharma compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics for complex programs.
  • Experience supporting congress planning, symposiums, or large-scale HCP events.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Webex and hybrid event execution.
  • Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and revenue management.
