Description

Lead planning and execution of advisory boards, steering committees, symposia, and other HCP engagements.
Partner with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver complex programs smoothly and on time.
Own program timelines, budgets, logistics, and financial tracking across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate vendor, venue, and event logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid programs.
Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes and support compliance requirements.
Serve as a primary client contact by providing updates and aligning delivery with expectations.
Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors, and Program Coordinators on workflow management.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall program success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in program or project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare-related industries.
Experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards, symposia, or similar engagements.
Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in medical, strategy, creative, and account functions.
Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of MLR processes and pharma compliance requirements.
Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics for complex programs.
Experience supporting congress planning, symposiums, or large-scale HCP events.
Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Webex and hybrid event execution.
Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and revenue management.
