Description

  • Create high-performing, platform-native social content from concept through publishing.
  • Capture, edit, and write short-form content for social platforms using mobile-native tools.
  • Translate trends, cultural signals, and platform changes into brand-relevant creative ideas.
  • Stay current on platform best practices, performance signals, and real-time social behavior.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, and account teams to develop and refine concepts.
  • Experiment with new storytelling formats, visual styles, editing approaches, and creator-led techniques.
  • Explore and integrate AI tools into creative and production workflows.
  • Draw inspiration from creators, comment sections, niche communities, and internet subcultures.
  • Manage fast-paced, high-volume content projects and associated assets.
  • Support community management and daily social engagement to help build audience connection.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience creating social-first content and managing communities, ideally in a creative or social agency environment.
  • Experience concepting, writing, producing, and editing short-form social media content.
  • Comfort filming and editing short-form social video directly in-app on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and how content resonates with different audiences.
  • Ability to translate trends into culturally relevant, brand-right creative.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating ideas clearly and collaboratively.
  • Ability to make smart creative choices within fast-moving timelines.
  • Experience experimenting with generative AI as a creative accelerator.
