Description

  • Trace acceptance criteria to author QA plans for planned development work.
  • Execute QA plans and approve development work before production release.
  • Manage non-production testing environments using the Review App deployment system.
  • Create detailed bug reports that help engineers resolve issues quickly.
  • Perform exploratory testing and use the software in unexpected ways to uncover defects.
  • Reduce customer-reported and internally identified defects by improving testing rigor.
  • Advocate for end users by providing constructive feedback to protect software quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software testing experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company is a plus.
  • Proven ability to improve requirement definition and team processes.
  • Experience contributing to QA and delivery team improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to balance quality standards with team goals.
  • Experience testing point-of-sale integrations.
