Description

  • Review and manage scanned mail and email correspondence daily.
  • Apply firm-specific handling instructions to determine the appropriate action for each item.
  • Update internal calendars, deadlines, and internal systems accurately.
  • Notify relevant personnel and clients about important, time-sensitive correspondence and deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for correspondence-related inquiries within the firm.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide timely updates and operational support.
  • Provide cross-departmental administrative support on projects or initiatives as needed.
  • Support the creation and improvement of company protocols and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, used daily on the job.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and track tasks without close supervision.
  • Empathy and patience when working with clients in crisis situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy during intense periods.
  • Tech-forward mindset and eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures.
  • A genuine commitment to helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum.
  • Candidate must be located in Argentina.
  • Ability to work from home with a quiet space and fast internet.
