Description

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate product goals into autonomous agent-based solutions.
  • Design and build new agent data types, pipelines, frameworks, and workflows for reasoning, function calling, and action coordination.
  • Develop and optimize autonomous agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and multi-step reasoning approaches.
  • Implement security mechanisms for autonomous agents, including authentication, role-based access control, audit logging, and compliance monitoring.
  • Integrate agents securely with existing systems, APIs, and data sources using secure communication protocols.
  • Serve as part of the centralized GenAI team that owns generative AI capabilities across the organization.
  • Work closely with horizontal partners to deliver safe, scalable, and high-impact AI products.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Python experience, including frameworks and functional programming principles.
  • Experience designing and implementing LLM agent workflows.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence preferred.
  • Experience implementing security at scale, including role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, network security best practices, and compliance monitoring.
  • Remote role with required travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.
  • US base salary range of $179,000 to $199,000, plus bonus and benefits.
