Description

  • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code.
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and ML workloads.
  • Operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes or managed container platforms.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and tooling.
  • Assist with deploying, monitoring, and validating AI/ML workloads.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve log analysis, alert triage, incident investigation, and deployment testing.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to environment and CI/CD pipeline incidents.
  • Monitor system health using dashboards, logs, and alerts and contribute to incident response.
  • Contribute to post-incident reviews, runbooks, documentation, and rollout of platform and infrastructure improvements.
  • Follow and contribute to established DevOps standards, practices, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Linux-based systems.
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, IaC 2.0, or similar).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes concepts.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools and a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and to travel for periodic in-office events (Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City) or reside within commutable distance if the role is hybrid.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Nice-to-haves: 2+ years in healthcare or regulated SaaS environments, familiarity with AI-driven monitoring/AIOps and AI-assisted dev/ops tools, understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals, and advanced certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure professional-level, CKA, CKS, CISSP).
