Description

  • Own the development and delivery of EHR-integrated functionality and wraparound services that support provider success in value-based arrangements (e.g., care planning, risk stratification, quality tracking, interdisciplinary coordination).
  • Lead product strategy and roadmap, evangelizing direction to executive stakeholders, customers, and partners as needed.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of orders, task management, and associated service documentation solutions to inform product decisions.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer and user needs, collect and summarize customer feedback, and translate findings into product improvements.
  • Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and build compelling business cases that quantify return on investment.
  • Track in-market adoption and success of production solutions and monitor market data and industry trends to inform roadmap adjustments.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Software Commercialization, Sales, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and releases.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, represent the product externally at industry events, and lead customer- and partner-facing engagements as a product expert.
  • Communicate effectively under pressure, build rapport with stakeholders, anticipate questions, and maintain performance standards when working remotely.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, information technology, or a healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record managing commercial software products through the entire product lifecycle and managing large product lines or innovations.
  • Exposure to AI tools and a desire to leverage them to enhance work content and user experience.
  • Experience or familiarity with EHR-integrated functionality and value-based care concepts (care planning, risk stratification, quality tracking, interdisciplinary coordination) is preferred.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize among competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, execute product priorities, and drive business results across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to multi-task, work through ambiguity, and operate effectively in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, events, and team meetings if remote; if hybrid, reside within commutable distance to the specified office.

  • Base salary range in Canada: $135,000–$150,000 plus a 12.5% performance-based bonus and full-time benefits.
