Description

  • Build and maintain Plum’s iOS app from its early stages.
  • Ship new features and iterate on the app in the App Store.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend engineers, and Mobile engineers in squad-based teams.
  • Turn design concepts into a well-crafted, delightful mobile experience.
  • Own your work in a data-driven squad structure and contribute to the broader mobile engineering team.
  • Write simple, well-tested code and help deliver changes in rapid iterations.
  • Work with the full iOS stack and stay current with the latest iOS technologies.
  • Contribute to a product that helps customers improve their financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Programming experience in Swift.
  • Strong knowledge of the full iOS stack.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on an app in the App Store.
  • Experience with continuous integration setup and automation (preferred).
  • Experience taking part in open-source projects (preferred).
  • Experience with backend technologies (preferred).
  • A strong product mindset and ability to understand the impact of your work.
  • Comfort working in uncertain, fast-changing startup environments.
  • Positive, collaborative team-player attitude.
  • Interest in design and in translating designs into polished user experiences.
