Description

  • Nurture, support and process expansion opportunities within your customer base to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted product advisor and business consultant, advising customers on designing processes in Pleo to maximise value.
  • Own the post-onboarding adoption journey for your customer portfolio and lead customer adoption projects to drive impact.
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Onboarding, AM, Sales, Services & Solutions, Marketing, Support) to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Receive, qualify and triage inbound communications across channels (email, Intercom/web chat, and marketing channels).
  • Cultivate key customers into advocates for Pleo and the fintech community.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and long-term business relationships with customers, proactively working to prevent churn by monitoring health scores and feature adoption.
  • Act as the bridge between customer feedback and the product team to optimise product-market fit.
  • Balance high-volume, high-velocity tasks including customer calls, internal meetings and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
  • Fluent in English (company language).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-velocity environment and able to think and operate at scale.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter who creates and pursues tasks and targets independently.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an interest in upselling/cross-selling and driving customer expansion.
  • Empathetic communicator with the ability to understand customer needs and influence outcomes.
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and handle basic project management responsibilities.
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Onboarding, Support, Marketing) to improve processes and feedback loops.
