Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on planning, investments, priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with department leaders to translate operational data into actionable business insights.
  • Work with the Head of People & Organizational Effectiveness on workforce planning, headcount strategy, organizational design, and resource allocation.
  • Build business cases, model scenarios, assess ROI and risk, and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Own the company’s financial planning and forecasting framework, including annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly reporting.
  • Develop financial models that support strategic decisions, including investments, new offerings, organizational changes, and headcount planning.
  • Own performance tracking against EBITDA, partner incentives, and recurring revenue targets.
  • Partner with the CEO on board and investor reporting and create clear financial narratives.
  • Lead and develop the Controller and broader Finance team, establishing operating rhythms, controls, reporting standards, and accountability.
  • Oversee order-to-revenue processes, including deal booking, billing readiness, provisioning coordination, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Improve Finance systems, processes, and automation to strengthen scalability and data integrity.
  • Own revenue and commercial analytics, including pipeline health, bookings, renewals, retention, churn, and service-line economics.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and investment decisions with financial analysis.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on forecasting and pipeline analytics.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance leadership.
  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including multi-year forecasts, investment and ROI models, pricing scenarios, and complex business cases.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to connect business performance and market dynamics to growth recommendations.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills for senior leadership, investors, and board audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience developing high-performing teams and creating accountability.
  • Strong ownership and a bias toward action in a growing organization.
  • Experience in professional services, SaaS, construction technology, or channel/partner-based business models preferred.
  • Experience working in a PE-backed environment with investor reporting and value-creation initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based financial management platforms preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation preferred.
  • Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, integration, or strategic acquisitions preferred.
