Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to shape the vision of prospects and existing clients around planning and performance management.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand planning roadblocks, business goals, and future-state planning needs.
  • Develop solution hypotheses and value cases supported by customer success proof points.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight Pigment’s capabilities across a wide range of business needs.
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders to define planning, reporting, and collaboration processes.
  • Present proposed solutions to executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
  • Use business analysis and financial modeling to support customer conversations and solution design.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and address complex business concerns during the sales process.

Requirements

  • Background implementing or administering enterprise planning and/or modeling technology, or prior pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management or Business Process Management.
  • Background and/or degree in finance, supply chain, or a similar field.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and levels of authority.
  • Experience with business analysis and financial modeling in CPG, Retail, or Life Sciences domains.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales or solution consulting is preferred.
