Description

  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Workday reporting tools and BIRT.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports.
  • Design and implement complex BIRT reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and validate report outputs.
  • Optimize existing reports for performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with data integrity and security standards.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday reporting tools, including BIRT.
  • Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Financials to understand data relationships.
  • Familiarity with Workday security protocols and data governance policies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
