Description

  • Develop and articulate the UI/UX vision and strategy for the wealth management product line.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on UI/UX trends and best practices to guide product development.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews to align on product goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during development to preserve design integrity.
  • Engage with clients and users to understand needs, pain points, and feedback.
  • Conduct demos and training sessions to present UI/UX enhancements and features.
  • Define success metrics for UI/UX initiatives and monitor performance against them.
  • Use analytics to drive design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong background in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into effective and engaging design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development.
