Description

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Epicor Prophet 21 and advise internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate Epicor Prophet 21 to improve system functionality.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to support end users in proper system use.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex Epicor Prophet 21 issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Stay current on Epicor features and updates to identify opportunities for business benefit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, inventory management, and supply chain processes within an ERP environment.
  • Proven experience with system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes critically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops effectively.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new systems or technologies.
  • Epicor certification is a plus.
