Description

  • Collect and verify complete client specifications during quotation, sampling, and production stages.
  • Chase missing information until all specs, artwork, and order details are complete and accurate.
  • Confirm artwork, sample, and production details match approved requirements before release to the factory.
  • Respond to inbound client emails within agreed service-level timelines.
  • Send structured follow-ups and status updates to keep clients informed of project progress.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP, including communication logs, order statuses, files, and specifications.
  • Attach and organize the correct artwork, dielines, and spec sheets in the ERP.
  • Flag ambiguous or contradictory information before it reaches downstream teams.
  • Translate client requirements into clear production-ready briefs for the quoting lead and factory team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain pricing, lead times, and feasibility information without delaying client responses.

Requirements

  • Experience in the packaging industry, including packaging manufacturing or trading.
  • Strong preference for paper packaging experience such as folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated, mailers, or labels.
  • Knowledge of dielines, GSM, Pantone, and tolerances.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to catch small discrepancies and missing information.
  • Strong written English suitable for professional client communication.
  • Highly organized and self-managing in a remote, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work with significant overlap with China time (GMT+8) and a few hours of US client overlap.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, is a big plus.
  • Experience with ERPs, CRMs, SOPs, and checklist-based process work is a plus.
  • Experience serving Western US/EU e-commerce or consumer-brand clients is a plus.

  • Competitive monthly pay based on location, including $800–$1,500 in the Philippines, $1,200–$2,000 in Malaysia, and $2,500–$3,500 in Dubai.
