Description

  • Originate and close mortgage business for Canadian clients across the mortgage lifecycle.
  • Build and manage client relationships while self-generating most or all leads.
  • Use Perch’s platform to automate pipeline nurturing, application guidance, document collection, and compliance tasks.
  • Work with the in-house support team on client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings.
  • Leverage automated lender matching and auto-adjudication to move deals forward without traditional underwriting delays.
  • Keep referral partners updated through automated status communications.
  • Apply best-practice guidance and coaching to improve performance and scale production.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
  • Proven top performer with at least $10M in mortgages originated in the last 12 months.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your own leads.
  • Based in Canada and able to work fully remotely.
  • Experience working in a commission-based mortgage sales environment.
  • Eligible to work under the Mortgage Representative Agreement.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-volume brokerage or bank/credit union mortgage advisory role.
