Description

  • Develop and implement a regional market development plan with the Regional Sales Manager and team members.
  • Maintain communication with Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers to execute plans and meet quarterly objectives.
  • Build relationships with hospital personnel to expand contacts, identify decision makers, and support future sales.
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers to assess clinical needs and demonstrate how products address patient care goals.
  • Educate customers on product use through presentations, demonstrations, and other training materials.
  • Support professional education activities and help train new employees, including Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
  • Assist in developing continuing education programs.
  • Provide procedural case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up support for company products.
  • Track and report product incidents and work to resolve issues in accordance with company procedures.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints, coordinate product availability and delivery, and maintain customer communication on programs, promotions, and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or a related discipline.
  • Additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting or in a medical device company.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Sales or marketing background desired.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment.
  • Strong oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
  • Must reside within the region while in the role; relocation expenses are not provided.
  • Business travel of 50%+ and occasional 24/7 on-call availability required.
  • Ability to wear 7-9 pounds of lead for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in office, laboratory, cleanroom, and angio suite environments.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $115,000 to $140,000.
