Description

  • Proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow the business and improve internal processes.
  • Act as a sparring partner for Sales and Operations leaders by anticipating key business questions and answering them with data and statistical analysis.
  • Steer decision-making in the business area through rigorous analyses while navigating ambiguity and working across domains.
  • Drive the self-service analytics approach by understanding colleagues’ data needs and promoting a data-driven culture.
  • Create and maintain data models in the Data Warehouse using dbt.
  • Contribute to the data engineering roadmap and help improve the data platform experience for colleagues.
  • Support the acquisition business area and prioritize work with decision makers.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data practitioners on stack and platform improvements.
  • Share learnings and best practices within the team.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and shape processes, tools, and best practices as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a scale-up environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders outside the data team.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to be a trusted partner to business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Experience with Python and Redshift.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize business-led actions in day-to-day work.
  • Experience supporting large cross-company projects (preferred).
