Description

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing, and internal communications.
  • Build videos with strong pacing, clear storytelling, smooth transitions, and platform-specific optimization.
  • Align video output with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and marketing objectives.
  • Import, organize, and maintain raw footage, creative assets, project files, folder structures, and version control.
  • Add titles, captions, motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual overlays to enhance videos.
  • Perform audio cleanup, including dialogue clarity, noise reduction, volume leveling, and music or sound effect integration.
  • Apply color correction, color grading, and visual consistency adjustments across content.
  • Export and optimize videos for multiple platforms and formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content strategy teams and manage revisions through review systems.
  • Review performance metrics such as watch time, CTR, engagement, and audience retention to improve future edits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with audio cleanup and syncing.
  • Experience with color correction and multi-platform exports.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working full-time remotely during U.S. client business hours, with flexibility required for launches, campaigns, and deadlines.
  • Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience editing paid advertising creatives, UGC-style content, or performance marketing videos is a nice-to-have.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or media companies is a nice-to-have.
