Description

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
  • Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, user flows, and product requirements.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, and Google Analytics.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive product flows in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Design modern, responsive interfaces with strong typography, layout hierarchy, color systems, and interaction consistency.
  • Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides across web and mobile experiences.
  • Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and support clear navigation, mobile responsiveness, and inclusive experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver design specifications, assets, and handoff documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews, feedback cycles, A/B testing initiatives, and iterative product improvements.
  • Refine user flows, onboarding experiences, feature usability, and conversion performance based on testing and stakeholder input.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and product usability principles.
  • Availability to work U.S. client business hours with flexibility for sprint reviews, launches, and developer handoffs.
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce products is preferred.
  • Basic front-end understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tools and user testing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working with large-scale design systems is preferred.
