Description

Develop and maintain end-to-end automation tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
Expand automation coverage across critical product workflows and user journeys.
Improve framework reliability, maintainability, execution speed, and reusable testing patterns.
Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate flaky tests and regression suite inconsistencies.
Diagnose failures related to asynchronous behavior, network requests, timing, and DOM interactions.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline execution issues.
Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers during feature development, releases, and architecture discussions.
Use AI-assisted tools and modern workflows to improve exploratory testing and edge-case detection.
Maintain stable test environments, reliable test data strategies, and scalable testing infrastructure.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Playwright, or a strong Cypress background with willingness to transition.
Proven experience building and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of DOM interaction, network requests, asynchronous behavior, and flaky test diagnosis.
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience building automation infrastructure from scratch is preferred.
Test data management and environment strategy experience is preferred.
Experience testing B2B SaaS platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with multi-tenant systems and role-based access testing is preferred.
Exposure to AI-assisted testing workflows and tooling is preferred.
Experience working in modern Agile or product-led engineering environments is preferred.
