Description

  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, user flows, and product recommendations.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, UI standards, and interaction patterns.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsive design, cross-device usability, and inclusive product experiences.
  • Run A/B tests and use analytics and performance insights to improve engagement, reduce friction, and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, and leadership throughout the design process.
  • Prepare developer-ready handoff materials, including design specs, interaction details, and component documentation.
  • Review product goals and user insights, then iterate on designs based on testing, stakeholder feedback, and product data.
  • Participate in product reviews and sprint discussions to support ongoing product development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability testing, and product design workflows.
  • Experience analyzing product behavior using Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, consumer applications, or enterprise tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with large-scale design systems (preferred).
  • Basic front-end understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Ability to work full-time remote hours aligned to U.S. business hours from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico.
