Description

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear information about medical services, appointment scheduling, insurance support, and billing inquiries.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-first support at every touchpoint.
  • Troubleshoot service issues and internal technology platform problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve patient cases.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining patient trust.
  • Maintain accurate patient interaction records in the CRM.
  • Ensure documentation meets quality, accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and data security standards.
  • Communicate with team members to support workflow efficiency and service quality.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development, and adapt to changing tools and patient needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Ability to work consistently within LATAM time zones.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote role and managing sensitive information carefully.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data security.
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat is preferred.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, or billing inquiries is preferred.
