Description

  • Plan, build, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop audience research and targeting strategies for campaign execution.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, formats, and messaging.
  • Align campaigns with client goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Track key metrics including lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
  • Work closely with clients to understand objectives and communicate performance updates professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely during EST hours.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with LinkedIn Ads preferred.
  • Experience with other platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
