Description

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs and platforms.
  • Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, ads, presentations, and event/webinar assets.
  • Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and sales materials.
  • Design web banners, landing page graphics, and digital ads and optimize assets for desktop, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Produce simple animations/GIFs and edit short video snippets as needed for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative with messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design requests, iterate based on stakeholder/client feedback, and meet campaign deadlines.
  • Package and deliver final files in multiple formats (AI, PSD, PNG, PDF) and maintain organized libraries of templates and reusable assets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital assets.
  • Familiarity with design for both print and digital formats.
  • Ability to work U.S. client business hours (remote) with flexibility for campaign deadlines and revisions.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere) — ideal.
  • Exposure to collaborative design tools (Figma, Canva) — preferred.
  • Industry experience in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce — preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions) to inform design choices — preferred.
