Description

  • Own and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, display, video, native, and CTV platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, display, video, retargeting, native, and CTV campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments to improve results.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform-level analytics.
  • Identify scaling opportunities, performance bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and other optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, performance reports, pacing updates, and optimization summaries.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, leadership, and analytics stakeholders to align execution with business goals.
  • Test new strategies, creative formats, targeting approaches, and optimization frameworks to improve performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on digital media buying and paid advertising experience.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong experience across paid search, paid social, display, video, native advertising, and CTV campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for pacing, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfort managing multiple campaigns independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional-grade work setup.
  • Experience scaling large multi-platform advertising campaigns is preferred.
  • Background in performance marketing agencies, growth marketing, or data-driven media buying environments is preferred.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, CTV advertising, or programmatic media buying is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization is preferred.
