Description

  • Design high-converting static B2B ad creatives for platforms including LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta.
  • Translate campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies into compelling visual concepts.
  • Produce multiple ad variations to support A/B testing across headlines, visuals, layouts, and calls to action.
  • Create assets in multiple formats and dimensions to meet different ad platform requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency while tailoring creatives for different audience segments.
  • Interpret ICPs, messaging strategies, and campaign objectives to guide creative direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align creative assets with campaign performance goals.
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming and contribute new ad concepts.
  • Review performance insights with the marketing team and iterate designs based on results.
  • Manage multiple ad creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience creating B2B ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing static ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, or similar platforms.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy and messaging into compelling visual designs.
  • Understanding of B2B audience conversion principles, including messaging hierarchy, visual attention, and CTA placement.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT.
  • Experience working with performance marketing or demand generation teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates (preferred).
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animated ads (preferred).
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services marketing (preferred).
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion (preferred).
  • Remote role with working hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (U.S. hours).
  • Full-time independent contractor engagement.
