Description

  • Define Parloa’s social media and community voice, topics, and point of view.
  • Own LinkedIn, X, and emerging social channels.
  • Translate launches, research, industry news, events, and company updates into engaging content.
  • Develop and manage the social media editorial calendar.
  • Amplify ideas from executives, creators, customers, and industry voices.
  • Experiment with writing, video, data, humor, and emerging content formats.
  • Build relationships with influential people and relevant communities.
  • Manage agencies and external partners while holding them accountable.
  • Own social media metrics and KPIs and use performance data to identify opportunities.
  • Move quickly on timely industry developments and reject low-value content.น

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience managing social media and growing online communities.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to identify strong hooks and maintain a human brand voice.
  • Strong understanding of how ideas, people, and narratives spread online.
  • Genuine immersion in B2B technology and awareness of what makes brands worth following.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships with influential people.
  • Confidence pushing for distinctive points of view rather than safe, forgettable messaging.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Commitment to clear communication, ownership, decision-making, and follow-through.
  • Experience with social media metrics and KPIs preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $170,000–$197,000 USD, including OTE.
