Description

  • Gather, assess, and reconcile information from multiple parties to investigate complex host and member situations.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted point of contact for hosts on policies, financial questions, and operational challenges.
  • Evaluate nuanced scenarios and recommend fair, policy-aligned resolutions instead of one-size-fits-all answers.
  • Apply and clearly explain PadSplit policies, communicating both the “what” and the “why.”
  • Manage emotionally charged conversations using empathy, composure, and direct communication to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, compliance, payments) to resolve multi-team issues.
  • Identify patterns and trends in host concerns and share insights to inform process, policy, or product improvements.
  • Set and maintain expectations with internal and external stakeholders, documenting outcomes and following through on resolutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Project Management, or a related client-facing field.
  • Proven ability to analyze incomplete or conflicting information and make sound, defensible decisions.
  • Investigative mindset with comfort digging into details, validating multiple perspectives, and asking the right questions.
  • Emotional resilience and capacity to remain composed when handling frustration or escalations.
  • Skill in balancing empathy with clarity when delivering difficult or unpopular outcomes.
  • Proven success working in ambiguous situations without clear precedents while staying aligned with company principles and policies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences and situations.
  • High attention to accuracy, documentation, and follow-through in high-stakes support scenarios.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (PadSplit participates in E-Verify; visa sponsorship is not available).
