Description

  • Manage 1-3 strategic California accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key customer stakeholders while understanding evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to plan and deliver work on time and at a high level of quality throughout the delivery season.
  • Lead change management and drive product adoption within large customer organizations.
  • Help customers embed Overstory into their workflows and build internal champions.
  • Partner with the product team to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including upsells and new product adoption.
  • Drive customer retention, conversion, and growth through commercial account management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing complex projects end to end.
  • Experience working with California-based utilities.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes in the utility sector.
  • Experience leading change management in large, complex utility organizations.
  • Commercial experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar role that contributed to business growth.
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to build buy-in across stakeholders and turn new technology or processes into lasting adoption.
  • Must be based in or able to work in the San Francisco Bay Area / PST.
  • Experience with upsells, retention, and account growth is preferred.
