Description

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan contins, and related documents.
  • Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership.
  • Perform survey readings.
  • Prepare and review closing packages.
  • Ensure compliance with NYS title insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title insurance process.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in title insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English at a C1 Advanced level or higher.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with NYS title insurance laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and title insurance software.
  • Preferred experience with TrakerPro software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
