Description

  • Own and govern global demo standards and Golden Demo experiences for the Solutions Consulting organization.
  • Maintain and evolve the demo environment using Saleo and 1Mind, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and alignment with quarterly product releases.
  • Design and maintain Golden Demos and modular demo assets across verticals (Telco, Manufacturing, Financial Services, SaaS) and buyer personas (CRO, RevOps, Field Sellers, SDRs).
  • Develop and maintain demo scripts, talk tracks, and storyline frameworks that support the full revenue funnel from vision to proof of value.
  • Ensure demo assets are consistently documented, versioned, and discoverable (e.g., Seismic, video libraries) and translate roadmap updates, betas, and early-access features into demo-ready narratives.
  • Act as strategic coordinator and editor for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and formal proposal responses on priority opportunities, ensuring written proposals align tightly with demo narratives and customer evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate inputs across Sales, Security, Legal, Product, and other SMEs to maintain clarity, accuracy, and on-time delivery of proposal content and support go/no-go decisions on strategic proposals.
  • Partner with Enablement, PMM, Field SCs, and AEs to support onboarding, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of demo and proposal standards, and act as a feedback loop to Product and PMM based on field usage and POV outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a related SaaS pre-sales role.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling, persona-based demo stories that resonate with executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Experience coordinating and editing RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses for complex deals.
  • Comfortable operating in configuration-heavy SaaS environments (technical aptitude; no coding required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clarity, structure, and persuasion.
  • Highly organized and able to manage evolving demo assets and parallel proposal efforts without losing attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and influential, able to set standards and drive adoption without direct people management.
  • Familiarity with demo and content tooling such as Saleo, 1Mind, Seismic, and video libraries (preferred).
  • Experience working across verticals (Telco, Manufacturing, Financial Services, SaaS) and with buyer personas (CRO, RevOps, Field Sellers, SDRs) (preferred).
