Description

  • Serve as the technical lead and administrator for the core People Systems stack, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related systems.
  • Partner with the People Team to support, maintain, plan, and track systems changes for a global workforce.
  • Analyze, redesign, and recommend improvements to HR processes such as hire-to-retire, onboarding, job changes, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Lead complex HR systems projects from problem framing through implementation and rollout with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with IT teams to support integrations and data flows between HR systems and downstream platforms while ensuring data quality and standards.
  • Build and maintain idea backlogs, project tracking, and system roadmaps aligned to People and company priorities.
  • Create and maintain business documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams in Confluence.
  • Partner with Security, Privacy, and IT teams on access controls, audits, configuration documentation, change controls, and compliance governance.
  • Support HR systems in a multi-country environment and help ensure localized payroll or compliance tooling needs are met.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in IT Business Systems, People Systems, or HR Technology roles.
  • Significant hands-on experience with stakeholder management, system configuration, and project delivery.
  • Deep, hands-on experience configuring at least one modern HRIS platform, such as Workday or Rippling.
  • Experience configuring at least one ATS platform, such as Greenhouse or Workable.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, including recruiting, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and hire-to-retire workflows.
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end system projects from requirements and design through configuration, testing, UAT, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Strong integration mindset with understanding of APIs and common integration patterns.
  • Experience partnering with architects and engineers.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with HR leaders, managers, IT, and security stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting HR systems in multi-country environments, including familiarity with EU/GDPR data privacy requirements and localized payroll or compliance tooling.
  • Experience building with iPaaS tools such as Workato or Tray is preferred.
  • Remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in New York, Boston, or the EST US timezone.

  • Market-based compensation with location-based salary tiers in the US: Region 1 ($170,000-$200,000), Region 2 ($154,700-$182,000), and Region 3 ($139,400-$164,000).
