Description

  • Verify client and service provider information using business and personal documentation.
  • Perform KYC/KYB reviews and related checks on clients and service providers.
  • Handle a high volume of requests with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicate compliance requirements clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Assess client risk levels and resolve alerts or issues promptly in line with policy.
  • Review financial documents to determine appropriate credit limits for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Identify and recommend workflow and procedure improvements based on data.
  • Review chargeback requests on the issuing side and assist with evidence gathering and submission.
  • Follow card brand rules when supporting chargeback cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in AML, fraud, risk, or a related field.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Experience working in the fintech or banking industry.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Customer Due Diligence (CDD) federal regulations.
  • Basic understanding of chargeback processes and card brand rules.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review data and make informed decisions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, respond quickly to issues, and work well with cross-functional teams.
