Description

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on delegated vendor program operations and consult with internal partners to drive strategic initiatives and process optimization.
  • Manage daily operations for delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, including triage and resolution of member and provider issues.
  • Implement contracting strategies in partnership with Network Director, Senior Manager, and Market Leaders to support network adequacy, development, and cost management objectives.
  • Use data and competitor analytics to inform negotiation and contracting decisions.
  • Facilitate guidance, mentorship, and training for junior team members to reinforce strategic objectives and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of policies and workflows and meet defined metrics and SLAs (including provider outreach and contract completion).
  • Collaborate with internal clinical and claims teams to triage and manage issues related to claims, members, and providers.
  • Support account management activities across the team, including deliverable tracking, report management, meeting minutes, and team organization.
  • Support financial operations such as budget forecasting and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and complete assigned administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, provider healthcare contracting, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating provider contracts.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience (preferred).
  • 1+ years experience running financial analyses on markets or product lines and working cross-functionally to drive improvement opportunities (preferred).
  • 1+ years experience navigating and organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters (preferred).
  • Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia (position is fully remote with potential for future hybrid presence).

  • Base pay range: $87,188 - $114,434 per year.
