Description

Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and social media about Fanatics Collect services.
Address client questions and issues involving submissions, curation, invoices, and asset transactions.
Coordinate daily client needs with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support.
Maintain asset submission reports and track final asset sales data.
Facilitate private sales and maintain customer accounts.
Onboard new business-to-business partners and support business owners in growing their businesses.
Travel to trade shows as needed.
Provide responsive, professional, high-quality customer service.

Requirements

Sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of the trading card industry, including current market trends and timing.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Mostly remote work arrangement, with some in-office hours for commutable employees.
USA remote base salary range of $75,000–$90,000 USD.
Potential short-term and long-term incentive compensation.
