Description

  • Support delivery and implementation services for the platform as needed.
  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea through completion.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute effectively in both individual and team settings.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
  • Translate business requirements and expectations into workable solutions.
  • Participate as an individual and team contributor within a multifaceted technology environment.
  • Use programming fundamentals to help build or support basic to moderately advanced programs.
  • Work with relational databases, including schema design and multi-table data structures.
  • Support integrations and business process automation or management-related work when needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related application support or software implementation experience preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases, including designing database schemas and working with multiple tables.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • General understanding of programming fundamentals and ability to code in at least one language.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with business process automation or management tools is a plus.
  • Liquid templating language experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and documentation proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a similar discipline preferred.
