Project Manager/Product Owner

Description

• Own and coordinate end-to-end deliveries across a limited portfolio of 1–2 development squads.
• Lead medium to large initiatives, tactical projects, and critical workstreams while maintaining the broader portfolio view.
• Define and track KPIs and flow metrics linked to delivered value and prepare monthly reporting on team deliveries.
• Act as a bridge between architects, scrum masters, developers, other project managers, and the PMO.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, including risks, issues, and action plans.
• Manage stakeholder alignment based on team autonomy and seniority.
• Arbitrate or escalate complex situations that require cross-team alignment.
• Apply planning, follow-up, alignment, progress monitoring, and PMO best practices.
• Act as Product Owner for medium to large projects and critical workstreams.
