Description

  • Lead 2–3 zero-to-one product initiatives in parallel from concept through market validation and scaled delivery.
  • Own product vision, strategy, execution, and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Develop AI-enabled prototypes, workflows, discovery methods, and experiments.
  • Run lean experiments to validate product-market fit quickly.
  • Present concepts to senior stakeholders and build alignment through evidence.
  • Navigate a matrixed organization, build cross-functional coalitions, and accelerate progress.
  • Connect product decisions to revenue, margin, unit economics, and ROI.
  • Contribute to product strategy and raise product-craft standards across the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a record of building and launching zero-to-one products.
  • Hands-on use of AI in personal and professional work.
  • Entrepreneurial, execution-focused mindset and ability to ship quickly amid ambiguity.
  • Strong product discovery, lean experimentation, narrative-building, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior directors.
  • Business and financial acumen, including unit economics, P&L thinking, and ROI-based decisions.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
  • Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
