Description

  • Own the end-to-end card-present payments experience across software, third-party integrations, and hardware.
  • Define and refresh the long-term product vision and strategy in alignment with executive leadership.
  • Lead prioritization, discovery, and launch of solutions that address customer problems and business objectives.
  • Serve as product lead for key payments and POS partners, influencing partner roadmaps and navigating platform constraints.
  • Build business cases for product investments and monetization opportunities and secure cross-functional executive alignment.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and drive improvements.
  • Develop direct relationships with customers to maintain ongoing access to feedback and product insights.
  • Balance technical, customer-centric, and economic priorities to improve reliability and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead feature launch planning with Product Marketing to drive adoption and achieve KPIs.
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates and continuously seek feedback to adjust plans and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a software Product Management role.
  • Track record of consistently delivering on quarterly product objectives.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives to drive alignment on high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively and navigating organizational dynamics.
  • Experience building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using proven strategies and techniques to solve complex problems and accelerate progress.
  • Experience leading changes as new information arises and making sound tradeoff decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience.
