Description

  • Independently develop and refresh the long-term vision and strategy for the Loyalty product, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Lead the integration of an acquired Loyalty solution into Olo’s broader product suite and build new market-leading features.
  • Identify and develop business cases for monetization and investment opportunities, securing cross-functional executive alignment.
  • Proactively seek and implement improvements to business processes, product development methodologies, and team workflows.
  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to inform decisions, prioritize work, and drive product optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain direct customer relationships to surface unencumbered product feedback and validate solutions.
  • Balance technical and customer-centric priorities to enhance product reliability, sustainability, pricing, and packaging.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI across the product lifecycle and guide development of AI-enabled solutions where applicable.
  • Lead development and execution of feature launch plans with Product Marketing to drive adoption and achieve KPIs.
  • Provide frequent stakeholder updates, solicit and act on feedback, and potentially mentor or manage Product Managers over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a software Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering on quarterly product objectives.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives and driving alignment on high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively and building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Experience leading change, making tradeoff decisions, and using a toolkit of strategies to drive feature initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with POS integrations, restaurant loyalty programs, or the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from Olo’s NYC headquarters.

  • Estimated compensation range: $136,000–$190,000 annually (dependent on experience and location).
