Description

  • Own complex mobile features and projects from concept through delivery.
  • Guide junior engineers, mentor peers, and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Design and contribute to reliable, scalable distributed systems and mobile architectures.
  • Lead code reviews, establish quality standards, and improve shared components and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals.
  • Identify and reduce technical debt through refactoring and system improvements.
  • Implement performance optimizations, resilience mechanisms, automated testing, and deployment improvements.
  • Monitor production services, diagnose critical issues, and participate in on-call support.
  • Improve development processes, tooling, automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Use Claude Code and participate in AI-focused training to improve development workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on native mobile development.
  • Advanced proficiency in native iOS development with Swift.
  • Experience independently designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures.
  • Hands-on experience managing and improving CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including test automation.
  • Ability to mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with distributed systems, reliability, scalability, or production support (preferred).
