Description

  • Own cloud and infrastructure security efforts across the engineering environment.
  • Conduct security design reviews, penetration testing, threat modeling, and security testing.
  • Automate security controls to reduce risk and improve resilience.
  • Improve security processes for greater speed and efficiency.
  • Educate developers on security best practices to prevent future vulnerabilities.
  • Work with cloud and Kubernetes environments to support secure operations.
  • Implement and manage VPNs and multi-region access controls.
  • Use secret management tools to protect sensitive credentials and keys.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Cloud Security or DevOps roles.
  • Prior experience focused on infrastructure security.
  • Strong mastery of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience implementing VPNs and managing multi-region access.
  • Familiarity with secret management tools such as Vault or KMS.
  • Experience conducting security design reviews, penetration testing, threat modeling, and security testing.
  • Ability to automate security controls and educate developers on security practices.
  • Interest in staying current with security research and technology.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems through rigorous experimentation.
