Description

  • Act as a technical and payment product consultant for prospective partners and strategic clients.
  • Architect client and partner platforms using Nuvei payment services and best-practice approaches.
  • Lead pre-sale meetings and manage client engagement using sales engineering methodology.
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with internal engineering and client teams.
  • Define go-to-market and onboarding strategies based on platform constraints and client requirements.
  • Mentor implementation projects to deliver client setups for Nuvei’s solutions.
  • Shape and design APIs, payment features, and Nuvei services by identifying product gaps and raising them with internal teams.
  • Apply consultative methods to solve client pain points and design solutions for complex payment implementations.
  • Manage multiple parallel projects in a global, remote, and cross-functional environment.
  • Support operational excellence by improving processes, removing obstacles, and increasing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on integration or solution experience as an Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solution Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in the payments industry.
  • 4+ years of engineering management experience, such as software development or solution engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of data models and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Working knowledge of web integration technologies including iframes, widgets, SDKs, Single Sign-On, APIs, and other SaaS technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and strong awareness of client pain points.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, remote, and cross-functional environment.
