Description

  • Implement, optimize, and operate Numeris' Microsoft security ecosystem with a focus on Microsoft 365 E5 security solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID security controls, including Conditional Access, identity governance, and privileged access management.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune security baselines, compliance policies, endpoint protection controls, and automated deployment workflows.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Defender solutions across endpoint, identity, office, and cloud app protection.
  • Configure, manage, and tune Microsoft Purview DLP, information protection, and compliance controls.
  • Design and maintain Microsoft Sentinel detections, KQL queries, analytics rules, dashboards, and workbooks.
  • Build automated response playbooks and SOAR workflows to improve response speed and reduce manual effort.
  • Participate in alert triage, investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident analysis.
  • Administer vulnerability scanning and security assessment tools, and coordinate remediation with technical teams.
  • Support CSPM efforts across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments and help remediate cloud security findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security engineering, cloud security, security operations, or a related cybersecurity role.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and administering Microsoft 365 E5 security technologies in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
  • Experience supporting security controls and monitoring within AWS environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS security services such as IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and AWS Config.
  • Experience implementing or administering Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender Suite, Sentinel, Purview, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance capabilities.
  • Experience with KQL, PowerShell and/or Python automation, and security monitoring practices.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft SC-200, SC-300, or SC-100, CISSP, and AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
