Description

  • Deliver a high-quality client and advisor experience throughout plan implementation.
  • Request and coordinate census data, plan documents, prior compliance testing, and IRS forms from clients and external professionals.
  • Serve as the liaison among clients, financial advisors, and platform providers during onboarding.
  • Review plan adoption agreements and complete plan-provision paperwork for platform providers.
  • Address client questions about plan provisions and basic plan operations.
  • Lead weekly calls with clients, financial professionals, and platform providers to manage implementation timelines.
  • Set up internal systems and load plan information into compliance software.
  • Perform work in accordance with Nova policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of retirement plan implementation or onboarding experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workload against weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Commitment to coaching and professional development.
  • Retirement industry credentials are preferred.
  • Must work from the United States and be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week.

  • Base salary of $70,000–$90,000.
