Description

  • Lead the functional and technical sales process across NiCE’s portfolio through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstrations.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that align the NiCE portfolio with customer business challenges.
  • Identify functional and technical challenges within assigned accounts.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements to understand, anticipate, and exceed customer needs.
  • Influence and educate clients on how NiCE’s solution meets their needs in terms of ease of use, quality, benefit, and value.
  • Lead technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Support the definition and execution of proof of concepts, where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with account executives and overlay teams as part of a team-based sales approach.
  • Respond promptly to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting multiple software products and services in complex portfolio sales.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Conversational AI and/or digital transformation solutions in enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration capabilities.
  • Experience customizing demos and building storyboards for demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively from C-level executives to front-line employees.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products preferred.
  • Certifications and knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.
